Terms and Conditions

Client Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start date are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed immediately or within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.

No Show Policy

• If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
• In the case of multiple sessions, missing one session does not entitle you to a refund for the entire course.

Rescheduling and Changes

• Advance Notice: You may request to reschedule a session with at least 7 days’ notice. We will accommodate your request based on availability.
• Last-Minute Changes: Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may incur an additional fee.

Confidentiality

Any personal or business information shared during the course will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of enhancing your training experience.

Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course.
• Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course.

Intellectual Property: All course content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the training remain the property of Sensei Ann. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to you via email.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
